 Sit on front 1/3 of chair
 On sits-bones (pointy parts), keep sacrum free
 Ankle joints under knee joints
 Knees below hips (Adjust seat or bring one foot back, if needed) This creates a horizontal pelvis. 
Think sky-hook (top of head at the intersection of the nose and ears) and Gekko feet (spread feet to connect to ground). 
 Slight pressure from feet into floor to ‘sit up straight’, especially into inside border of feet

WEIGHT SHIFT FROM SITTING TO STANDING

Stretch your spine! Drop head
 Take one foot back
 Drop arms like you are tying your shoe
 Press into feet to stand
Head comes up last
